TeamMate AI uses artificial intelligence (currently Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway, and OpenAI Whisper for voice transcription) to help draft quotes, invoices, messages, calculations, drawings, take-offs and other business content.

TeamMate AI is a software tool only. It is not a licensed electrician, plumber, builder, engineer, architect, accountant, lawyer, financial adviser, medical practitioner or any other regulated professional. Nothing generated by the app constitutes professional, legal, financial, tax, engineering, medical or trade-licensing advice.

3. You must review every output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Before acting on any output or sending it to a customer, you must:

Check pricing, quantities, measurements and calculations.
Confirm scope, materials, labour and timing.
Verify compliance with applicable Australian laws, standards and licensing rules.
Apply your own professional judgement and experience.

4. Engineering, building and trade work

For construction, electrical, plumbing, engineering, architecture and other regulated trades, outputs must be checked against the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), relevant AS/NZS Standards, state and territory licensing laws, and the direction of the appropriately licensed professional responsible for the work.

5. Data and AI providers

When you use AI features, the content you submit is sent to our AI providers solely to return a result to you. These providers process the request under their business terms and do not train their models on API content. We do not use your customer data or content to train third-party AI models.
